2.Why didn’t my shipment come in one package?

Our international warehouses are situated in Canada, US, Malaysia and Singapore. Your orders are shipped from these warehouses to various fulfillment centers where our stocks are available. Our teams are trained to prioritize in-time deliveries of orders. Furthermore, due to categorization of items, it may be possible that an order having multiple items is shipped individually. So, when you receive one item from the order only, do not panic because the rest of the goods are on their way. Partial shipment is an option applied on customers’ orders however; no compromise is made on the quality of shipment and delivery.

Our shipment facility is available internationally. However, we do not ship in military zones due to security reasons.

Unchanged status indicates delayed shipment. Such delays may be due to weather conditions, customs or backlogs. Also remember your tracking information may also be displayed after your order being started to be shipped.

After processing, we send your order to the shipping company. According to each company’s policies and custom procedures, the customer may be charged an extra fee for final delivery or a tax if the shipping address is a remote area.
